From data to interpretation

The EZChrom Elite workflow uses a prepared dataset, without starting measurements on a physical instrument.

01

Open a chromatogram

Choose a prepared data file and explore the signal over time.

02

Explore the peaks

Inspect the chromatogram, retention times and available detector channels.

03

Review the method and results

Explore the method stored with the data and the analysis tools in EZChrom Elite.

System components

Hitachi LaChrom Elite with EZChrom Elite. This list describes the physical system; the public demo uses recorded data.

L-2130 · Pump
Mobile-phase delivery for HPLC sample separation.
L-2200 · Autosampler
Automatic sample injection; standard capacity up to 200 vials of 1.5 ml.
L-2300 · Column Oven
Temperature control for chromatographic columns.
L-2455 · Diode Array Detector
DAD detection for chromatograms and UV/Vis spectra over 190–900 nm.
Organizer
System organisation and power supply for its modules.

L-2200: the standard catalogue capacity is 200 vials of 1.5 ml. Available positions depend on the installed racks. VWR-Hitachi specifications (L-2200: p. 15, L-2455: p. 19)

Before you begin

Do I need an account?

Six starts per day from one IP address are available without signing in, shared across all demos. Further starts require sign-in or registration. The demo remains free after signing in. The allowance renews at midnight Polish time. Sessions last 10 minutes; busy stations use a queue.

Does the demo control a physical HPLC?

This workstation is intended for offline analysis of recorded data. It does not include starting pumps, injecting samples or acquiring measurements.

What happens when my session ends?

The connection ends and the demonstration dataset is restored before the next visitor. Changes made during the session are not retained.
