SpinProt · UPLC-MS
UPLC-MS analysis · Waters ACQUITY
Scope: sample separation by UPLC and chromatogram and mass-spectrum analysis in MassLynx 4.1. The system includes Binary Solvent Manager, Sample Manager, Sample Organizer, Column Manager, PDA Detector, ELS Detector and SQ Detector (single quadrupole). SpinProt agrees sample type, method, number of analyses, detection and expected results before accepting an order. Instrument rental costs PLN 800 for a full day. Operator support, materials and complete analytical services are defined in an individual quote. The physical system is being prepared for commissioning; service dates require laboratory confirmation. The free MassLynx demo uses recorded data and does not control the instrument.

Controlled workflow
From request to documented delivery
Every route begins with scope and readiness checks. Remote access is granted only for an approved booking and workstation.
- 01
Define the request
Confirm samples or sequence, scale, method, materials, deliverables and intended access model.
- 02
Review readiness
The laboratory verifies feasibility, safety, availability, operator scope and commercial terms.
- 03
Deliver and document
The approved session or service is completed with the agreed controls and result handoff.
