Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers cancellation and refund requests for TakeLabControl equipment reservations, including Liberty Blue 2.0, Hitachi HPLC and Waters UPLC-MS.

Current Payment Mode

The cart explicitly identifies the payment mode before checkout. LIVE payments are real charges processed by Stripe; TEST payments do not charge real money. Cancelling the checkout does not constitute a completed payment.

Cancellation Principles

Cancellation terms depend on the selected booking window, operator schedule, and whether material preparation has started.
Reservations may remain pending until customer account, payment, method, material, and operator gates are aligned.
TakeLabControl may block or reschedule access if safety, instrument readiness, network, payment, or operator approval gates fail.

Refund Review

Refunds require review of booking status, payment event evidence, material preparation, operator time, instrument availability, and customer acceptance. Production refund handling requires Stripe webhook verification, idempotent ledger updates, audit retention, and finance approval.
