• Produktive Erstattung erfordert Stripe-Webhook-Pruefung, idempotentes Ledger, Audit-Retention und Finanzfreigabe.

Cancellation Principles

• Cancellation terms depend on the selected booking window, operator schedule, and whether material preparation has started.
• Reservations may remain pending until customer account, payment, method, material, and operator gates are aligned.
• TakeLabControl may block or reschedule access if safety, instrument readiness, network, payment, or operator approval gates fail.

Refund Review

Refunds require review of booking status, payment event evidence, material preparation, operator time, instrument availability, and customer acceptance. Production refund handling requires Stripe webhook verification, idempotent ledger updates, audit retention, and finance approval.
