Granica Uslugi

TakeLabControl jest przygotowywany jako platforma do rezerwacji nadzorowanej pracy laboratoryjnej z Liberty Blue 2.0. Konto klienta, rezerwacja, metoda, platnosc lub zdalna sesja nie oznaczaja zgody na uruchomienie syntezy, diagnostyke, kalibracje, serwis ani inna czynnosc wplywajaca na instrument.

• Klient podaje prawidlowe dane kontaktowe, rozliczeniowe, sekwencje, materialy i okno rezerwacji.
• Zdalna sesja moze byc uzywana tylko w zatwierdzonym zakresie i pod nadzorem operatora.
• Platnosci produkcyjne, faktury, paragony, zwroty i anulowania pozostaja zablokowane do czasu zatwierdzenia zasad finansowych i operacyjnych.

Servicegrenze

TakeLabControl wird als Plattform fuer gebuchte, beaufsichtigte Laborarbeit mit Liberty Blue 2.0 vorbereitet. Kundenkonto, Buchung, Methode, Zahlung oder Remote-Sitzung gelten nicht als Freigabe fuer Synthesestart, Diagnostik, Kalibrierung, Wartung oder andere instrumentenwirksame Aktionen.

• Kunden stellen korrekte Kontakt-, Rechnungs-, Sequenz-, Material- und Reservierungsdaten bereit.
• Remote-Zugriff darf nur im genehmigten Arbeitsumfang und unter Operator-Freigabe genutzt werden.
• Produktive Zahlungen, Rechnungen, Belege, Erstattungen und Stornierungen bleiben blockiert, bis Finanz- und Betriebsregeln freigegeben sind.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact, billing, organization, method, sequence, material, and reservation information.
• Use the remote session only for approved Liberty Blue 2.0 workflows and only inside the agreed booking window.
• Do not attempt to bypass session gates, access operating system functions, upload unsafe files, or perform unapproved hardware actions.
• Confirm that submitted methods, reagents, and intended research use are lawful and appropriate for the customer organization.

Operator Approval

Every customer session remains subject to operator review. Booking, payment, and method submission do not by themselves approve synthesis start, maintenance, diagnostics, calibration, file operations, hardware changes, or any other instrument-affecting action.

Payments And Documents

Live Stripe payments, invoices, tax documents, receipts, refunds, and cancellation handling are blocked until production controls are approved. Until then, any payment view is a simulator or quote preview unless explicitly confirmed otherwise by TakeLabControl.
