Terms of Service

These terms cover TakeLabControl equipment reservations, including Liberty Blue 2.0, Hitachi HPLC and Waters UPLC-MS. Published rental prices are gross prices in EUR and include Polish VAT at 23%.

Current Service Boundary

TakeLabControl is being prepared as a customer platform for booking supervised remote laboratory work. The platform may collect booking details, method requirements, reagent needs, and payment readiness evidence. It must not be treated as permission to operate instrument hardware without operator approval.

TakeLabControl wird als Kundenplattform zur Buchung beaufsichtigter Laborarbeiten per Fernzugriff vorbereitet. Die Plattform kann Buchungsdetails, Methodenanforderungen, Reagenzienbedarf und Nachweise zur Zahlungsbereitschaft erfassen. Ihre Nutzung stellt keine Erlaubnis dar, Geräte ohne Bedienerfreigabe zu betreiben.

TakeLabControl jest przygotowywany jako platforma klientów do rezerwacji nadzorowanych zdalnych prac laboratoryjnych. Platforma może zbierać dane rezerwacji, wymagania dotyczące metod i odczynników oraz potwierdzenia gotowości płatności. Korzystanie z niej nie stanowi zgody na obsługę aparatury bez zatwierdzenia przez operatora.

Limite de service actuelle

TakeLabControl est en cours de préparation en tant que plateforme client pour la réservation de travaux de laboratoire à distance supervisés. La plateforme peut recueillir les détails de la réservation, les exigences de la méthode, les besoins en réactif et les preuves de l'état de préparation au paiement. Il ne doit pas être traité comme une autorisation d'utiliser du matériel d'instrument sans l'approbation de l'opérateur.

TakeLabControl está siendo preparado como una plataforma de clientes para reservar trabajo de laboratorio remoto supervisado. La plataforma puede recoger los detalles de la reserva, requisitos de método, necesidades urgentes y pruebas de preparación del pago. No debe tratarse como permiso para operar hardware de instrumentos sin la aprobación del operador.

Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate contact, billing, organization, method, sequence, material, and reservation information.
Use the remote session only for approved Liberty Blue 2.0 workflows and only inside the agreed booking window.
Do not attempt to bypass session gates, access operating system functions, upload unsafe files, or perform unapproved hardware actions.
Confirm that submitted methods, reagents, and intended research use are lawful and appropriate for the customer organization.

Operator Approval

Every customer session remains subject to operator review. Booking, payment, and method submission do not by themselves approve synthesis start, maintenance, diagnostics, calibration, file operations, hardware changes, or any other instrument-affecting action.

Payments And Documents

Payments are made through the shared cart using Stripe. The cart displays the payment mode, final payable amount and included tax. Payment confirmation is recorded after verification of the signed Stripe notification. Payment does not by itself grant access to an instrument.
